Lol, well, looks like Bob has no objections. I suppose that is to be expected on some level, though, since he did bond with someone who was "inherently good". I look forward, though, to seeing how everything goes for her.
Honestly, I don't think she's going to. I think they're going to have to stay just friends for political reasons. I do think the SAS might extend an invitation to her, but I don't think she'd accept, exactly because of what limits the SAS have on what good they can do.
tl;dr She's too good for them.
What you're saying isn't without precedent. Dr. Electric mentioned back in his interview (in the magazine article before this issue began) that, because of the Fab Five's interdimensional friendships, it wouldn't make sense for them to limit themselves to a specific planetary geography. However, there are reasons many superheroes join their regional supergroups (which will be discussed in upcoming issues).
Its weird seeing a masked vigilante organization letting United Nations bs keep them from saving people. Seriously, The UN are utterly useless when it comes to protecting people.
The reasons for the U.N. limitations on "superheroing" will be discussed in future issues. However, since you know Brooder has a (covert) hand in crafting many superhero laws, the laws do give protection to both superheroes and the sovereignty of nations. (Like I said, it'll be discussed in future issues.)
