Here's page 25 of Fusion #9, which brings this issue to a close with the reappearance of someone we haven't seen since Issue #3.
Next week, we'll again begin twice-a-week updates (Tuesdays and Thursdays) as I post the Faces magazine article featuring Alanna Alliteration's interview with Adam Conroy (and filled with sticky-noted commentary from Savunn).
Black Rose--Refer to the last few pages of Issue #3; Bob explains the relationship and connection (and read the entire issue for a demonstration of the Fusion/Fracture link).
Well,if this murderous army wasn't screwed before....they are now.
It will be interesting to see Fusion and Fracture actually fight, since last time they met they mostly "talked." Though since we know this behemoth put Captain Stupendous through the wringer, Fusion may be in trouble this time.
Like Phantomskyler said (although I suspect KLC is right about Fracture's motive). Plus, up to now, no one had died; the crew of that tank was still inside when Fracture hit.
All that's true, and I never said Fracture's help was a good thing.
I feel bad for the tank crew, but when your douchebag government sends you out to fight supers, well, you should make sure your will is up to date and shouldn't be surprised when your douchebag government doesn't pay your pension, survivor's benefits, or medical bills. You know you've been attacking innocent civilians before the supers.
i wonder why fracture would show up here and now. if fusion accepts the death of the soldiers without missing a beat she might be able to get fracture to start intimidating the tanks while she deals with the helicopters, otherwise there might be a battle between the two or a disagreement which results in more troops dead. and sure it sucks that the soldiers died, but it isn't unexpected, nor is it as common as police officers.
