Here's page 8 of Fusion #11, and we cut to a different scene, and get to see some folks out of costume. (X-Pletive was first seen out of costume in Crossoverkill: http://www.theduckwebcomics.com/Crossoverkill/5312158/ ).
A page where X-Pletive isn't cursing enough to make 3 hardened sailors blush. *shudders* This is unnatural... XD Kidding, but still its cool to see him out of costume, and I still love the fact you made a Christian superhero who isn't a massive jerkwad (like how Christians tend to be portrayed in comics).
Kaeto--shastab24 is talking about his Earth faith; Ma and Pa Kent raised him Episcopalian. Siegel and Shuster (Superman's creators) were Jewish, hence the Jewish "alien" name. Speaking of which, there's a reason Captain Stupendous's human name is Calvin Lane (besides the Calvin & Hobbes/Stupendousman reference).
Bliss--If "Crossoverkill" had gotten up to page 39 before you read this, you'd have been a bit less surprised. (But now you understand why swearing offends him enough to trigger the anger centers in his brain to activate his powers, as explained back on page 29 of Fusion #4: http://fusion.thecomicseries.com/comics/100.) For those interested, Neil has started posting Crossoverlord and Crossoverkill as one continuous series here at ComicFury (http://crossoverlordkill.webcomic.ws); as a reminder, the events of Crossoverkill take place after this issue of Fusion (and before the next issue).
Patrick OShea--Haven't looked that far into the future yet. Not during the timeline of this current Fusion series. Possibly during Crossoverpower (if/when that story's told).
omni--I have a story and some rough scripting and would really like to do it. (And now, with this scene, I have some background assets.) Just gotta find time to do it.
