Here's page 25 of Fusion #11. First mention of the concert Savunn plans to go to was back on page 3 of Issue #5 (http://fusion.thecomicseries.com/comics/127/); for those of you who've read "Crossoverkill" (Neil started posting it here at ComicFury earlier this year: http://crossoverlordkill.thecomicseries.com/), which takes place after this issue, you are now properly set up for that epic story arc.
In the next issue, Fusion will give Brooder a quick rundown on the events of Crossoverkill, along with learning that Yuuki is really a boy!!! Not that he cares!
Just_IDD--Yes, Crossoverkill completed over at theduckwebcomics.com in 2013, but Neil (creator of Dasien) started posting it (together with Crossoverlord) here at ComicFury earlier this year, and he's currently only up to the post-Chapter 4 material. I believe he's posting a page every day here.
...Is it wrong I feel like Brooder's been a better father figure than Fusion's adoptive dad? XD I'm joking that's mostly because her parents haven't gotten a whole lot of screen time, but I am picking up on some father/daughter vibes between him and Fusion. X3
And thus begins her insane crossover adventure, where she meets witches and knights, becomes besties with a magical boygirl, and kicks more ass than all of them combined. XD
Phantomskyler--Considering that Savunn's grown up without any major emotional/personality problems despite being orphaned at an early age and is a caring and compassionate person without any real anger issues, I'd say that reflects pretty well on how her adoptive parents brought her up. But, like you said, that can only be inferred, whereas her relationship with Brooder has been shown.
As for underlying reasons for a father/daughter relationship, I'd direct readers back to http://fusion.webcomic.ws/comics/280/ . Lots of implied meat in that interview. (And it's very possible that the tragedy in that interview page relates to Brooder's, "I've seen it happen before," comment last page.)
