...President Janjawid does have access to a drainomyte mine. The question is, did he (possibly after Brooder's last visit) think to arm his guards with weapons that could take down Captain Stupendous?
CCC--Major Power is actually immune to the effects of Drainomyte radiation, according to Edward Lord (see http://fusion.webcomic.ws/comics/113/ for Lord's boast). You can bet this is a point of interest for Brooder.
This seems to be a good time for Janjawid to test Power's apparent immunity to Drainomyte. If it works, he lives, and if it doesn't, he's no worse off...
Black Rose--Sure Shot hasn't been seen yet. We only know that his genes were used to create Crosshair. (Actually, it'd probably be more precise to say his genes were used to enhance the goon who became Crosshair.) You could probably liken him to Fusion's version of Hawkeye: a marksman with deadly accuracy.
I doubt any evil, power-mad villain would create an evil clone of the most powerful person on the planet without having some way to control them. So that leads to the question: What is the Major's vulnerability?
