Zodo--I suspect the legal argument would be that the government was supposedly in tatters when Major Power stepped in, and he was serving in the "interests" of the citizens of the capital city. Then, after his intervention, both the rebels and the vestiges of the Darmarian leadership accepted Major Power's "help" instead of demanding he be held accountable for interfering in a sovereign state's business.
Wargyrl--Thanks for the heads up! Link should be working now. As a heads up, I'm hoping to release a trade collection of the first story arc (Issues #1-4) this year. The trade collection will feature FIVE bonus Savunn's Corners (in addition to the Savunn's Corners that came with the print issues) and the first two Faces magazine interviews in their "original" magazine layout. I'm hoping to have this out this summer. (All of the regular content is bundled, 2 of the bonus Savunn's Corners are completed, 2 others have art done, and only 1 still needs to be drawn. Then I just need to do the front and back covers.)
