Here's page 32 of Fusion #14, and we're moving into the home stretch for this issue. There are still a few surprises and revelations before the issue's end, however.
Next week, look for a special Halloween pic, and then we'll return to the story.
Also, I updated page 25 of this issue to correct the framing for the first panel; I had forgotten to give it a "flashback" panel border when I first posted the page.
if it were any of those somebody knows how to get ahold of fusion in this one. They all received special communication spheres. You left off a few, like Energizes world, but I don't think it's that one either I think it's a new one.
She left the sphere with the Fab Five, not SAS. But this upcoming mission will be going into Wandering Whistler territory, and his problems aren't confined to something as small as a multiverse.
NoRAd is correct. It's awkwardly phrased. This was how it was originally written, then I thought about changing it, but ultimately left it as originally written. I decided changing it would've been editorial overreach, and the awkward phrasing was how Savunn originally spoke it. This is one of those things that frequently nags at me: Do I rewrite for smoothness or let some awkward phrasing remain as I originally "heard" it. A lot of times I go for smoothness, but other times a bit of awkwardness seems to ring more true/less scripted.
the awkward phrasing as the side benefit of making the text fit in a normal sized word balloon. It is, as was already mentioned, grammatically correct.
it may be easier to see if you put the commas in too!
Sav is being snarky here, because Adam has cut short, her well-planned expose of his vigilante origins.
Can you at least tell me what this mission is, that you volunteered me for, before I head out?
Putting the word "that" in there is what makes it grammatically correct to me, not the commas. I stand by my opinion that the sentence as it stands is plain wrong _to me_, but I may very well be using a slightly stricter standard for this language than I would if I were a native speaker.
