As I've mentioned, next issue will feature Fusion teaming up with Wandering Whistler, and will delve a bit into the sorts of things the Whistler deals with. As preview of how wonky Whistler's adventures can get and give you some idea of the scope of his wanderings, I did a diagram of the "Bubble Theory" of multi-multiverses. Whistler will touch a bit more on this in the story, but this is a fairly concise and hopefully easy-to-visualize overview of the concept.

This was very clearly written I think, well done! I found an errant letter in the first word in the info box: "Englarged".

Gah! Typos are always a problem when I type directly into Photoshop instead of copying and pasting from a script in a Word file. I'll have to fix this at some point when I have a few minutes.

A being in the "Space Out of Time" could look on the multiverse bubbles with any of:
1) Animosity over territorial intrusions (as suggested),
2) Curiosity, asking what will this one be like?
3) Indifference as these bubbles just are; part of its environment
4) Compassion, asking how could I help this one the best?
5) Greed, looking to use the resources of that multiverse for its own ends
6) Something else altogether different. Something that exists in an environment so far outside of our experience would likely have desires and emotions vastly different to anything we could even comprehend. Even Bob will not understand this thing.

All true. But Wandering Whistler will have more to say about it.

Just wonderful. In at least two meanings of the word.

How does this tie in with other crossover adventures Savunn has had, specifically crosoverkill?
I am assuming right now that all realities she visited then are confined to a single multiverse. Is that right?
I also suspect traveling between multiverses is far, far more complicated than between universes, if possible at all. I'm curious now if Wandering Whistler has that ability, as well as the limitations of other travelers Savunn knows, although I suspect that part is up to their respective transcribers ;)

The "Crossover" adventures are indeed all in one multiverse. And no one can simply jump from one multiverse to another. There are circumstances where communication is possible between multiverses, but I'll leave that up to the upcoming story to explain.

I remember reading some stories where the ultimate antagonists were beings from the "Space Out of Time".

Lovecraftian-type monsters, average size: Big as a galaxy. They (usually) sent proxies into the universes to fight when they couldn't "pop" the universes themselves.

Depressing and chilling read!

Indeed. And I suspect Wandering Whistler would simply nod at your comment.
