Here's the cover to Fusion #15, and an obvious homage to one of the all-time classic toons. Things are about to get a bit weird for our gal (although it's just another day at the office for Wandering Whistler).
How'd I miss that? I've always been a fan of Neil's (Dasien's creator) sense of humor and writing (not to mention musical tastes). Can't believe I missed this storyline. Thanks for pointing it out!
That said, I had originally thought this Fusion storyline would be a similar tribute to Scoob and the gang, but--as often happens with Fusion--things quickly veered in their own direction, and what I thought would be a fun side adventure turned into a story with a good bit of thematic and character development.
