Here's page 2 of Fusion #15, and it seems there's some bad mojo in the area.

Penelope talking about Bob's judgment when it comes to Oblivion was back on page 6 of Fusion #13 (http://fusion.thecomicseries.com/comics/407/).

Oblivion does seem to be at the center of a number of on-going plot points (going all the way back to Issue #1), and the Harbinger does seem to be circling closer to our gal over the past few issues....
